Density discount Drivers record their hours daily in the Road Ninja app, which automatically generates invoices on their behalf. Your company is billed for these hours, with payments processed weekly through our integrated system.

If a driver works beyond the daily minimum hours, the full time worked is invoiced and paid once you review and confirm it. No additional Road Ninja fees apply beyond the initial booking.
